Ski Chalets Lauze and Playnet, each sleeping 14 with individual heated outdoor swimming pools and fabulous views
Vanosc is an authentic and charming mountain village with cobblestone streets, old farm houses, churches, chapels and fountains and yet it is just 8 minutes by telecabine  from the fabulous ski area of Les Deux AlpesThe cost is included in the lift pass from the 2 Alpes.

In Les Deux Alpes you will find 200 kms of skiing - 75 runs inlcuding 10 black, 18 red, 29 blue and 18 green plus a snowpark and 58 ski lifts .. The area is excellent for all abilities.

Chalets Lauze and Playnet - Vanosc
These comfortable chalets, with individual heated outdoor pools and sauna,  are on the outskirts of Vanosc quietly situated in alpine pastures, yet are not isolated.
They are linked, by telecabine,150 m away, to the skiing area of the 2 Alpes. The bus stops 50 m away, running to the Vanosc telecabine, Vanosc and Bourg d'Oisans in the valley where you can catch a connecting bus to Grenoble, although we would recommend a car .

50 m from the chalet is a small camp site, open all year, with a shop selling basic groceries including fresh bread and a restaurant and bar.

There is another restaurant, bar and patisserie 150 m away, with a larger selection of speciality food shops, bars and restaurants in Venosc. We suggest you do your serious food shopping in Bourg d'Oisans in the valley on your way up to Venoc.

We recommend that you hire skis and boots in les 2 alpes, these can then be left in the shop at the foot of the pistes and don't need to be brought down to the chalet. This will leave you free to stock up on provisions in the supermarkets in les 2 alpes and bring the provisions down with you in the telecabine.
